It is hot and humid again and my laptop it seems would overheat. I am just giving the benefit of the doubt that this laptop would last because it is Lenovo and I paid a quite sum of money for this.
Anyway the weather is hot and it feels like it is not the rainy season. I am not complaining about the temperatures because I am benefiting from it. It makes me shed-of some extra fluids from my body which is I really needed to happen, if only the weather is like this everyday then I would be happy because even though it is uncomfortable at least it helps me in many ways.
The hot weather also makes me shed off some of the who knows what toxins that will get out from my body especially the extra salt which causes my blood pressure to go up. If I have less sodium in my body I would not get so thirsty and also would help normalize my BP for that matter.
Anyway unfortunately the cold months will come and people here actually would celebrate or prepare for the Christmas time. Christmas in my country is very special because it is a time of giving, special foods in every table, people dressing with their new clothes, family and friends gathering, parties in work, school, or every house which is why it had gone part of the culture already.
What I do not like much was the cold temperatures, I oly have so much fat to insulate my body from the cold so in turn my hands and feet gets so cold. Plus I do not perspire much and my skin gets too dry ad itchy too in the process. SO I have to cope especially with the way I would drink, it has to be so restricted otherwise I will get to be filed-up fast with fluids and cause some breathing problems again.
