On a diet, I want something tasty that does not violate the diet. I opted for an interesting recipe for oatmeal cookies. This will not affect weight and it has positive affect on mood.
For cooking, we need:
2 bananas
cereal
50 grams of raisins
2 dates
1 teaspoon of honey
blueberries
Soak oatmeal in water for a bit. Maybe in milk if desired, but I want to minimize calories. Mix oatmeal, raisins, dates and honey in a blender.
Add blueberries and mix gently with a spoon so as not to crush the berries. I took the frozen blueberries.
Spread on a baking sheet with a spoon. Next time, I’ll definitely put baking paper or foil on the baking sheet, because the cookies are stuck to the plan. Maka it into a round shape.
Put it to bake at 200 degrees in the oven for 30 minutes.
The cookies are a bit sour because of the blueberries, but I really like it. You get to eat sweets, and not think about calories.
