Top of the morning Everyone!

How's everyone holding up in quarantine so far? Personally still kicking it as hard as I can. It's not easy but it has to be done.

I thought we'd start today with a quick guide on how to do simple exercise while at home. Don't take my word for it, but you can take this guys word, certainly seems like it's working out for him pretty good.

I mean, it's never that serious guys, some of us are just trying to survive this. Don't kill yourself by trying to be/seem productive while you can't, surviving this virus will be a conquest in itself, at least in my books.

I DON'T KNOW WHO THIS GUYS IS, BUT THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST EXERCISE ADVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS 🤣 I LOVE IT!!

Taking naps is on my top fave 3 things to do in lock-down, though I am hardly getting any since I'm always multi-tasking lately. All in all, if you can, DO IT!

It's never that serious! You don't have to come out of this lock-down a few inches smaller or body toned, you do what feels good to you right now, that's all that matters :D
