Be comfortable with not knowing...

The world is pretty complex, and that complexity is tough to be comfortable with sometimes. So humans form simple answers to all sorts of things so they can just make sense of the world. There's nothing wrong with this really, because if you didn't, you would probably go bat-shit-crazy trying to process the jungle of information that's out there. But those simple answers could be wrong and lead you in the wrong direction.

Richard Feynman, the American theoretical physicist, said:

“I have approximate answers and possible beliefs in different degrees of certainty about different things, but I'm not absolutely sure of anything, and of many things I don't know anything about, but I don't have to know an answer...I don’t feel frightened by not knowing things…”

Admitting to yourself that you don't know ‘something’ opens up the possibility that you want to learn about that ‘something’. And opportunities could show themselves the closer you get to the truth.

I was just thinking about this.

Loved this! It's ok not to have all the answers and let fate and destiny surprise us!
