Bailey (with the voice of Josh Gad) is a dog whose life is shown from its birth to its death, going through several reincarnations in different dog breeds.
<Recently the sequel, called The Reason for Being with You: A New Journey, was released. Both films -including a third one- are based on a literary trilogy written by the American W. Bruce Cameron, which consists of the titles A Dog's Purpose: A Novel for Humans (2010), A Dog's Journey (2012) and A Dog's Promise (2019).
It is regrettable that many animals are being mistreated, locked up, and are lacking in affection and food. It is preferable that they be released into the street and allowed to be free.
At home we have had two dogs but unfortunately one was run over by a car and the other was not treated as it should be by his vet, both deaths have made me suffer a lot and that is why I want to wait to have a canine friend by my side again.
In the meantime I enjoy looking after the dogs in my neighbourhood and at home we keep food for the street dogs and feed them from time to time.
This is one of the scenes that makes me cry the most, Bailey's reunion with Ethan Montgomery as an adult, although for those who cry a lot, they will feel like doing so throughout the film. Ethan realizes that it's his old dog that has returned in the body of another canine because he does a pirouette that only Bailey knew how to do. From that day on they are very happy together.
I like a lot the movies that have to do with animals, this movie I have seen more than 10 times and I would see it again every time. I hope that soon the second and third of the whole series will come. There is another movie that I like very much "Always by your side" with Richard Gere, is the story of the dog Hachiko, very touching.

I really don't know what else to write about the film, I'd better invite you to see it, I didn't want to miss this opportunity to show what this writer has done for us to see. What I do want to invite you to do is to take care of our pets, because they love you and jump for joy when you get home.
God did not create these animals so that we would mistreat them and keep them just to show them off as a trophy. Everyone deserves to be happy too.
Sabes que ayer volvieron a dar la película A Dog Purpose y como siempre la vi de nuevo. La he visto muchísimas veces y también la segunda parte. Son bellísimas, demasiado.
La otra no la he visto, pero ya lo haré.

Los perros los mejores amigos del hombre es algo que se ha dicho por siempre, pero a veces el hombre se olvida de eso, que lo maltrata, lo margina, abandonan hasta los matan.
