Bueno así es la vida, muchos hemos tomados caminos diferentes pero en el transcurso hemos compartido momentos inolvidables que son los que se quedan en nuestra memoria para siempre.
10 years ago I was 16, I was finishing my baccalaureate and I had no idea what life would bring, I was an applied teenager, towards my duties and also helped my family at home, I went out to parties with my friends and classmates and I had a lot of fun, the truth was a very good stage of my life, I met many good people who are currently part of my life and others who for some reason have moved away.
Well this is life, many of us have taken different paths but in the course of time we have shared unforgettable moments that are the ones that remain in our memory forever.
En esta etapa llegue a pesar mas de 90 kg y casi sin notarlo, comía prácticamente de todo y no prestaba mucha atención, fueron también buenos momentos porque disfrutaba junto a mi familia y amigos y muchos aun estábamos juntos.
Lo que si es que comía mucha comida chatarra que fue también lo que aumento mi peso, pero sin tener ninguna complicación de salud gracias a Dios.
Continuing with my evolution we reach my stage of chubby, many women do not like to be called fat because they feel offended but the truth does not hurt me. At this stage I weighed more than 90 kg and almost without noticing, I ate practically everything and did not pay much attention, they were also good times because I enjoyed with my family and friends and many of us were still together.
What if I ate a lot of junk food was also what increased my weight, but without having any health complications, thank God.
Luego de superar la amenaza tuve que regular mucho lo que comía para evitar problemas con la tensión y evitar la preeclampsia en el embarazo, por lo que pude disminuir y ademas mantener un peso estable. Fue una hermosa etapa, con todos los consentimientos de las personas a mi alrededor, toda esa atención y ademas la preparación mental y física para traer a mi bebe al mundo. Y el momento llegó.
Then came one of the stages that changed my life, My Pregnancy.
At first it was difficult because I had a threat of abortion the first month because I did not know that I was pregnant and made a lot of physical effort and did not take security measures.
After overcoming the threat, I had to regulate what I ate a lot to avoid problems with tension and avoid pre-eclampsia in pregnancy, so I was able to decrease and also maintain a stable weight. It was a beautiful stage, with all the consents of the people around me, all that attention and also the mental and physical preparation to bring my baby to the world. And the moment arrived.

Mis aspiraciones a futuro son, primeramente que esta pandemia sea eliminada de una vez por todas y que pronto todo vuelva a la normalidad y gozar de buena salud para mi y los míos.
