How to stay creative during these tough times.

Have you notice it has been rough for everyone, alot of people lost their jobs, died and people have lost their minds. In addition, alot of people are looking for help and money. I have been doing the same these times has taught a lot. I learned how to be more apprecitative and kinds to others. The reason why I say that because you don't know what people are going through and you don't know what situation they might be in. I learned how to be grateful for what you have because everything you have can be gone in a snap of a finger. I also learned how to connect more with the people I love and care about.

One way you can stay creative and build a positive mindset during these times is doing what you love. For instance, I love working out. Almost everyday I have been working out for at least 1-2 hours a day. Since all of the gyms are close I told myself I would do this to keep up with my health. When all of this over I want to go to the beach without a shirt. I realized by me working out almost everyday has made my mood a lot better and I have more energy. Working out has made me feel a lot better about myself.

Another way to have a positive mindset during these rough times is to Reading. I read almost 1 hour day. Reading has calm my mind down, it has helped me think better, get better grades in school and just made me become a better person. I suggest reading things that you are interested in because that way you will enjoy it. I read books on self help and money because those are the areas I want to improve on. Some books i have read that can help you is power of positive thinking, grow and get rich. I believe these things would help you during these rough times
