Donuts
Hello, hivers. This time I made donuts so my family have a delicious snack. This recipe takes a little time to prepare.
We start by adding 2 cups of wheat flour.
We will proceed by adding 70 ml of warm milk.
We also add 45 ml of warm water.
Here you can add the yeast, I have a special flour so I did not add it.
We add 25 grams of sugar.
We add an egg.
It is preferable to beat the egg before adding it.
Add vanilla and we start to mix everything.
When the mixture has been integrating a little we will add 25 grams of butter.
And we begin to knead, you can do it in the bowl or on a work table, we will do this for several minutes until the dough no longer sticks to our fingers and it does not have lumps.
Now we proceed to let it rest for two hours.
Once the time has passed, it is time to roll out the dough.
Now we only use a cutter but if you don't have it you can use a round glass. If you want to make the hole in the center, then use a lid of a soda or from a bottle of water.
We heat oil in a pot, it must be very hot and we introduce our donuts.
I did it over medium heat, and the cooking is quite fast so if you turn your eyes it will burn.
I wanted to make some fillings inside, so I used an artifact that allowed me to pierce the donut to fill it with caramel and decorate with coconut.
