Fruit and Veg...
This week's challenge has got me thinking about some foods that I probably should be eating more of.
Especially if I want to stay healthy.
And with everything going on in the world today with the coronavirus, it is essential to do everything we can to keep our selves in tip top shape should we catch any illness.
For that reason I decided to incorporate a few more of these into my diet:
An apple a day keeps the doctor away!
Isn't that how the old saying goes?!
Anyways, including those every day or every other day is a step in the right direction for my health, but it's still probably not enough.
So I decided I would add this to my diet as well:
If apples are good and bananas are also good...
What about if I combine them?
That's right an apple AND a banana a day will SURELY keep the doctor away!
At least that is the hope. :)
