Golden Slumber, Carry That Weight & the end
Tracks taken from the b-side of his Abbey Road album.

Abbey Road is the eleventh studio album (twelfth US release) released by British rock and pop band *The Beatles. It was released on September 26, 1969 in the United Kingdom, and on October 1 of the same year in the United States. Recordings of Abbey Road began in April 1969, making this the last album recorded by the band, as Let It Be, released in 1970, had been previously recorded.

The album was produced and orchestrated by George Martin, with Geoff Emerick as recording engineer.

The album was characterized by the presence of a medley on the B side, a 16-minute long piece, consisting of eight songs linked one after the other in succession. The album also stood out for containing two of the best-known songs by guitarist George Harrison, "Something" and "Here Comes the Sun", the latter popularizing the use of the synthesizer (Moog) in rock.1 The album cover became in one of the most famous in the history of music, in which The Beatles was represented crossing a crosswalk at the intersection of Grove End Road with ***Abbey Road****, in front of the studios where almost all his songs were recorded from 1962.

It is considered one of the best-made albums by The Beatles, although the band was barely functioning as a united group at the time.2 3 In 2003, it was ranked # 14 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. It is one of six The Beatles Diamond Disc Certified Albums, making them the top earners of this recognition in music history. The other albums featuring Diamond disc are The Beatles / 1962-1966, The Beatles / 1967-1970, The Beatles, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and Compilation Album.

The Beatles - Golden Slumber, Carry That Weight & the end

I hope you enjoy it.

My acoustic version of the song

Golden Slumbers
The Beatles

Once there was a way
To get back homeward
Once there was a way
To get back home
Sleep, pretty darling
Do not cry
And I will sing a lullaby
Golden slumbers
Fill your eyes
Smiles await you when you rise
Sleep pretty darling
Do not cry
And I will sing a lullaby
Once there was a way
To get back homeward
Once there was a way
To get back home
Sleep, pretty darling
Do not cry
And I will sing a lullaby

Carry That Weight
The Beatles

Boy, you gotta carry that weight
Carry that weight a long time
Boy, you gonna carry that weight
Carry that weight a long time
I never give you my pillow
I only send you my invitation
And in the middle of the celebrations
I break down
Boy, you gotta carry that weight
Carry that weight a long time
Boy, you gotta carry that weight
You're gonna carry that weight along time

The End
The Beatles

Oh yeah, all right
Are you going to be in my dreams
Tonight?
And in the end
The love you take
Is equal to the love you make

And remember, stay home and together we will win.
