Greetings dear community, welcome to my art blog, how are you all? I hope well, today I bring you another drawing from the section I call "Send them metallic". The figure I chose to design in this post, is the land animal that by its volume and weight is the largest that exists, I mean the elephants, these animals in many cultures, especially Asian, is considered a sacred animal, being a symbol of power, dignity, intelligence and peace, often being worshiped, ceremonies are held where offerings are given to the elephants, and painted with colors and elaborate designs, to bring good fortune to the population. For this drawing I wanted to recreate one of those intricate designs that are made to the elephants, and transform it into a mandala with the metallic effect that I usually use, the drawing consists of a symmetrical part in the upper part of the head, and in the troop loses this symmetry to take a slight curve in it, this time the background is decorated with tree elements with dark shades to give a natural touch to the design and that the brightness of the figure stand out, little by little I am experimenting with new configurations for your enjoyment. Saludos querida comunidad, sean bienvenidos a mi blog de arte, ¿cómo están todos? Espero que bien, hoy les traigo otro dibujo de la sección que llamo “Mándalas metalizadas”. La figura que elegí para diseñar en este post, se trata del animal terrestre que por su volumen y peso es el más grande que existe, me refiero a los elefantes, estos animales en muchas culturas, sobre todo las asiáticas, está considerado como un animal sagrado, siendo un símbolo de poder, dignidad, inteligencia y paz, muchas veces siendo venerado, se realizan ceremonias donde se dan ofrendas a los elefantes, y se pintan con colores y diseños elaborados, para traer buena fortuna a la población. Para este dibujo quise recrear uno de esos diseños intrincados que se realizan a los elefantes, y transformarlo en un mándala con el efecto metalizado que suelo usar, el dibujo consta de una parte simétrica en la zona superior de la cabeza, y en la tropa pierde esta simetría al llevar una ligera curvatura en la misma, esta vez el fondo lo adorne con elementos arbóreos con tonalidades oscuras para darle un toque natural al diseño y que el brillo de la figura resaltara, de a poco voy experimentando con nuevas configuraciones para el disfrute de ustedes. The tools I used for the drawing were the following:
- Android tablet.
- Capacitive pen (Stylus).
- Ibis Paint X program.
- Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.
