- The world is battling a single war but my country Nigerian is battling double or even multiple war, but the two most urgent battles are the ever increasing local transmission of covid-19 versus the scourging hunger from lockdown and extreme poverty of the populace.
- Local spread of infection is beginning to sky rocket as it has moved from about an hundred to two hundred plus daily and from predictions we would be experiencing increasing figure of a thousand plus daily any moments from now.
Over half of the populace are living below the international poverty line of $ 2 dollar per day and with the lockdown people are barly surviving, the relief materials disbursed at various locations by the government and other NGO had little or no impact.
After reviewing the situation, government decided to east down lockdown and people can come out to do their businesses from 9am- 4 pm everyday but not without carrying their nose mask hand sanitizers and good social distance practicing.
- Following the events of things my friends mum who also runs a store took us for a thorough cleaning and preparation of the store for business to commence.
We sell different provisions, drinks and food ingredients.
We also got a skilled electrician to fix the light
