- Here i am scooping pap a favorite appetite booster for me. There exist times in which i completely lose appetite for food and everything seems flat and pale.
- At such times fruits are usually very helpful, i love fleshy fruits rather than the juicy ones, apples🍎 water melon 🍉 and bananas 🍌 are usually my first choice, but i can also take carrot cucumber and sometimes you find me eating carbage or salad in place of all of these.
- Well none of these are handy today, no light and refrigerator to keep them fresh, am left with taking pap prepared from millet that was soaked in water and blended at the mill to give this jell-like drink i have here.
