This is one reason I love taking children fishing!

If you want to see a smile that you just can't fake, try taking a child fishing. It's so much fun and such an adventure, plus when you get free food as a byproduct, it just makes it that much more enjoyable and worthwhile. On a recent fishing trip, Red-Pepper managed to hook a nice-sized gar to help feed our family. It was an awesome fight, and thankfully we were able to land it too! Enjoy the pics.

            Excellent fishing, it must weigh at least 4 pounds, these trips always bring a smile to children, especially when fishing a specimen of that size.
