Because making people laugh means that you've also made them think in some way. And you can bet that the vast majority of people don't like that. They don't like to think. When they go online to surf the net, it is precisely to escape the routine of having to think. They only seek entertainment, distraction and fun. ...If anything!

Oh yeah! Of course. It happens very often that you can be misunderstood, misinterpreted and outright even despised simply because they don't understand you. Very few are really willing to give themselves the license to think. Of just stopping at least for an instant with true curiosity to actually listening, watching or reading carefully what we are trying to convey to them. Specially online!

Yup! if you've clicked on the previous pic above or on its headline, you will see that this old post embedded in it was written almost exactly one year ago. Dec 2 of 2019. And as you hopefully might see also, nothing of what I have narrated in it has changed much these days neither in the old Steem nor now. Yeah, neither in that at the time so promising old Steem nor through the briefly celebrated "New Steem" nor now here in this now hybrid TRONisized blockchain.

Yes, this is so and will always continue to be so. Because So is how it has been through the centuries. This is not about how good or valuable you are or how good or valuable is what you think and have to say. In our society, any forward progress will always be ascribed to your relationships. Yeah! "Human" relationships.

Invariably attached to who you know. Who knows you or thinks they know you. And how well you follow the rules that are imposed on you by society, your community or simply the majority of those who live with you where fortuitously and temporarily you find yourself at a given moment. But wait, ¿What about your authenticity? Do you feel free to be who you are? The genuine and authentic YOU?

Because if I have to be honest. The truth is that for more than four years that I've been wandering around these parts of the net. It has not been much the constancy, the perseverance, the tenacity and the consistency in these particular authenticity attributes. That I would have observed or witnessed so far all these years around these places in someone that would have been or is worth of highlighting.

But yeah, it could very well be just me who sees it that way. };)
