Things which you should avoid if you want to reach your goals...

I have seen some people are more focused on other's life rather than focusing on themselves. I feel this is a human characteristic and many can't control or change their character. Just like gossip, the drama is a part of human nature, bully, harassment, a personal attack is part of habits as well. I can understand you can't love everyone just like you can't be loved by everyone.

But some people love to do their job properly when it comes to interfering with other people's life or bully. I have talked about bullying several times before, so not going to talk about it again. But how it feels when people never stop attacking you personally? Anyway, most of the aunties' job is to check other people's lives rather than focusing on their own life.

I live in a society, my society is a little bit different than my way of seeing life, my society is conservative moreover I am a girl. I was not allowed to share my opinion always because obviously one of our main rules is, elders are always right. So, if I ever try to open my mouth, I will be attacked by several people from my own society.

To avoid all the attacks and interferes, I came up with an innovative idea. I don't see, I don't speak and I don't hear anything and guess what, I started living peacefully. Yes, as a result, I became more introverted and self-centered...

What is the solution exactly :

Don't care what other people are saying, ignore, and move on...

This is a straight forward solution because society people will troll you and bully you, some will personally attack you but that doesn't mean your life journey ends. Scandals, controversy happens, that is part of our life but people live and move on. As I have mentioned that gossip, enjoying the drama, interfere with other's life is part of habit so you can't change that. If you enable deal with it, that good. But if you can't; just stop listening, stop talking, and stop looking at it. The more you pay attention, the more it will grasp you. In other words, the entire situation will create negativity around you...

If you start paying attention to your surrounding negativities, your mind will be full of negativity and you will lose your life track. It's painful and I know it's hard to deal with such situations but you can't stop your life for someone else. If one door is closed for you, there will be several doors that will be opened for you. You just need to search for them.

I am telling you the exact facts...

Yes, my writing is shit but these are actual facts and I am writing this entire journal from my personal experiences...

You can't control other people's thoughts, you can't change their mind but one thing you can do is to focus on you. Don't push yourself, that's what I have learned in the past few years. I used to feel overwhelmed in fact still I do, I feel emotional, I take words from people so seriously and start evaluating them which is really bad. But trust me, I have gained nothing except depression, frustration and overall feeling just wasted my time.

I have learned a few things in the past few months:

I figured out my issue and learned -

• I was paying attention to other's thoughts, cared about their opinion which was worthless and I reached to a conclusion "Stop caring what other people think."
• I was involved in many things which made me realize that I am detaching myself from my goal. It seems like I was distracting myself from dealing with the real issue so I decided I shouldn't push myself and I should stop doing so much.
• Avoiding Negativity and focusing on positivity.
• Clear mindset and I stopped filling my mind with garbage.
• I was hurt and that actually doesn't matter because nobody cares. Emotions kill. Show emotions there where your emotions have value.
• I can't control the future so I shouldn't worry about that...
• Stop Comparison, I mean stop comparing myself, that was the toughest job...
• Self-control...
• Stop comparing and looking at others...

Anyway, I wrote what I felt, what I have learned, and what I was working on. I wrote my opinion, I wrote what exactly I have done with myself more or less...
