It's crazy when I visit a page and has a blog almost every day, still able to curate and respond to comments! I thought, how do these people do it, do they have other stuff going on?
Well, until I was able to organize my time and started following my to-do list that I have been able to post at least five to six times a week and really trying my best to put some effort into my post.
I just realized that I have been very busy for the past few weeks and it seems like I never really ran out of things to do, I did accomplish a lot of things on my to-do list and was able to write a long two food blogs for the past two weeks, while keeping my fitness activities stay on top and learnings new recipes. So far it's all going well.
When I am away from the keyboard, and no errands to run, I am in the kitchen practicing my culinary skills or watch cooking shows, learning new techniques, and experimenting with new recipes or I am busy with my downward dog and tripod pose or sometimes I'll join a back to back fitness class when I feel like I need to burn extra calories.
I recently got into serious photography and it has only been aweek since started watching some tutorials and practicing using my DSLR. Unluckily my camera stopped working three days ago.. The live view isn't working and brought it to the camera shop at the mall but the guy recommended to bring it to a camera technician. I have been going around the town yesterday and went to few different camera shops although I didn't have any luck since the camera tech wasn't there at that time. This is going to be a challenge because I already set myself for higher expectations when I have to share some photos on my blogs but I learned to manage my emotions and not let it unmotivate me.
What else do I work on every day? Well, some days depends on my mood like yesterday I was working on my Shepherd's pie, I tried to remake it and see it'll come out the same and also because my partner request it again. It seems like he's still not bored of eating Shepherd's pie almost every day, lol!
Yesterday was the first time I wasn't able to post something for a few weeks, I made a draft but wasn't able to proofread it, and since it was one of those a day in a life post. I had to of posting it before I go to bed and after I took a shower, I was drying my hair while listening to some motivational videos on Youtube. Because my partner subscribed to the premium account, I can play the video in the background so, I was just listening on my earbuds, and the person's voice on the audio sounds relaxing which put me to sleep. Then I woke. I was like, 'geez, I fell asleep! I wanted to some stuff before going to sleep last night, I told my partner Did that ever happen to you?
After cooking the Shepherd's pie filling yesterday we went out for lunch at the Japanese restaurant then got some desserts at abaca bakery, bought two boxes set of day old desserts!
When we came home and started cooking the potatoes and continued making my shepherd's pie and baked it. So today my partner and I had it for lunch and it's very delicious and the same recipe. If you happen to missed the recipe blog I made a few days ago, here it the link: https://peakd.com/hive-120586/@purepinay/not-your-medicure-classic-shepherds-pie
