You don't know a damn thing about cooking but still want to bake a cake? No Problem !
You wanna impress someone but you don't know how to cook. You really feel like something nice to go with your tea/coffee but there is nothing at home. Guests have suddenly come over and you have nothing to offer them! You wanna make something for your kids but you have no time.
You are watching a late night movie and want something to go with your movie or You want something sweet and soft and perfect to go after you have smoked a good blunt but there is nothing at home !
No problem. This is a technical recipe.A technical recipe means it is ingredient agnostic to a large extend and also does not need the person using it to know much of cooking. With just 10 mins preparation you can cook a fabulous cake that will leave your family and your guests begging for more. The term 'finger lickin good' wont belong just to KFC post that!
Well all you need is a packet of any sweet cookie/biscuit with chocolate fillings. For instance Oreos/Bourbon/Dark Fantasy. If you don't have such biscuits you can just use normal biscuits with a chocolate bar molten instead.
You can also experiment with other flavours using this technical recipe. In fact if you want to use this recipe it is not at all mandatory that you have to go with chocolate flavour. It can be any flavour.Orange, milk chocolate, fruits, vanilla or butterscotch. The technique can be used for any of them. I used chocolate because its my favorite. You can also use dark chocolate with low sugar. 😜
So here is my little super power recipe, which i use from time time to impress people. The simplicity of the whole recipe is the most astonishing thing. Anyone who reads it will go " Ah! i can do this" :)
So let's take a look at the world's easiest chocolate cake recipe.
Ingredients
Bourbon/Oreos/Dark fantasy - chocolate biscuits or normal cookies with Molten Chocolate.
1 cup Milk - The quantity should be enough to give the batter a nice creamy texture but not too runny or liquid.
Eno or Baking Soda(Lemon and Vinegar also, If using baking soda)
Sugar to taste.
Nuts - Optional (Anything from Pista to cashew nuts or raisins)
The Recipe
Break the cookies/Biscuit into a mixer/grinder.
Grind it properly.
Pour the milk into the bowl of crushed cookies, gradually and keep mixing. This will ensure that there are no lumps in the batter.
Add the Eno or Baking soda( with lemon and vinegar) Mix gradually as you keep mixing. The batter will rise at this point. The bowl should have space to accomodate this rise.
Pour into baking container.
Bake it at 180 Degrees- 200 Degrees (celcius) for about 30 mins. This may vary depending on the brand and age of the oven.
Enjoy your cake. Do remember to show off! It is not everyday you get to cook up an amazing dessert to save the day.
Hope you enjoyed this recipe. My family was blown away when i made them taste it. After much hounding i told them how i made it, It took them a long time to collect their jaws from the floor.
