Hi Everyone,
Let's continue on what is an essential staple to maintain low costs to your meal.
- Crushed garlic (in a jar)
- Eggs
- Frozen Veggies
- Pastry puffs
- Dried yeast
- Cocoa
- Canned Tuna
- Canned Beans
- Tinned tomatos
As I don't bake or fry food, I don't have pastry puffs and dried yeast at home. I love the idea of crushed garlic as it suits the lazy me from peeling garlic and crushing it (saves time and money). I have all the tinned food mentioned, they save the day. Frozen veggies are a must and I always have some in my freezer.
