Original photo, no filter. I was surprised to find this shot in the area that I did because all the vegetation that surrounded it was dying off. Yet these little white and purple flowers stood tall still showing a ton of life compared to it's environment. There were quite a few of these flowers jumping out at me so I got down held the camera steady and focused in to get the details. I'm curious to know how long they hold up for, with everything around them hibernating I wouldn't be surprised if they completely disappear the next time I venture that way. It can be like that in the winter time, here one minute gone the next.
