¡Hello! How are you?

Today I want to share with you a new illustration of a doll that I have made, its name is spring.
I have painted it with a realistic touch, it has its details since I don't handle proportions and anatomy very well, I think it looks nice. If I confess that most of the dolls that I paint in traditional or digital I make them big eyes, I like to highlight this part of their faces, it gives them a different touch, it doesn't always have to be totally realistic.

It took me a few days to finish it in spring, at first I made a sketch of a girl's face, but I wasn't very convinced and I changed it for a bigger girl, then it happened that the skin color had been extremely light and I didn't like the way it was with the background that was already structured. Sometimes I do that, start at the end, stop, and work on another area. In total it was two days working on the illustration.

Let's go for the process and I'll explain a little how I illustrated spring.

As I told you, I drew the sketch of this beautiful doll, I used for the delineation the pencil brush and the color brown.

Then with the help of the paint pot I filled the face with a pink tone, created a new layer and painted the shadows with the airbrush with a medium intensity, you try it, it's at ease.

At this point I accidentally combined the two layers, left them like this and continued with lips and cheeks, using an old rose which in medibang is # ec7b6b. The whole process was done with the airbrush and a diffuser brush with variations in intensity and size.

Once the spring face was defined, I began to draw its eyebrows in brown tones with the same airbrush tool. You saw that they are different from the ones in the sketch, another last minute change.

I filled the hair with the pot of paint, and with the airbrush I made locks with a dark chocolate shade, then to give depth I used another shade of brown even darker, and to finish with a light brown color for shine.

The tufts are not difficult to make, just make the hair with a darker color than the base, then with another darker tone and the intensity of the airbrush low you will shade passing through the parts where each tuft is formed, then raise the intensity a little and with a lighter tone add brightness, this will give depth and volume to your tufts. To make hair there are several brushes that can be used. I like to do it this way, they look nice. If you have a different method I would love to know. To finish, I made the background with a black base and the brush floral stamp 3 using the same pink color # ec7b6b.

¡Hola!, como están?

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una nueva ilustración de muñequita que he realizado, su nombre es primavera.
La he pintado con un toque realista, tiene sus detalles ya que no manejo muy bien las proporciones y anatomía, a mi parecer quedo linda. Si les confieso que a la mayoría de las muñecas que pinto en tradicional o digital les hago los ojos grandes, me gusta resaltar esta parte de sus rostros, les da un toque diferente, no siempre tiene que ser totalmente realista.

Con primavera tarde unos días en terminarla, al principio hice el boceto de la cara de una niña, pero no me convenció mucho y la modifique por una chica más grande, luego paso que el color de piel había quedado extremadamente claro y no me gustaba como se veía con el fondo que ya tenía estructurado. A veces hago eso, comienzo por el final, lo dejo, y trabajo en otra área. En total fueron dos días trabajando la ilustración de raticos.

Vamos para el proceso y les explico un poco cómo ilustré a primavera.

Como ya les comenté, tracé el boceto de esta hermosa muñeca, use para el delineado el pincel lápiz y el color marrón.

Luego con la ayuda del bote de pintura rellené con un tono rosado el rostro, cree una capa nueva y pinté las sombras con el pincel aerografo con una intensidad media, ustedes prueben, es a gusto.

En este punto combiné las dos capas sin querer, las deje así y seguí con labios y mejillas, utilizando un rosa vieja que en medibang es # ec7b6b. Todo el proceso fue hecho con el aerógrafo y un pincel difuminador con variaciones en intensidad y tamaño.

Una vez definido el rostro de primavera comencé a dibujar sus cejas con tonos de color café y con la misma herramienta aerógrafo. Vieron que son diferentes a las del boceto, otro cambio de último momento.

Rellené el cabello con el bote de pintura, y con el aerógrafo fuí realizando mechones con un tono chocolate oscuro, después para dar profundidad utilicé otro tono de marrón aùn más oscuro, y para finalizar un color marrón claro para el brillo.

Los mechones no son difíciles de hacer, solo has los cabellos con un color más oscuro que el de la base, luego con otro tonos más oscuro y la intensidad del aerógrafo baja vas a sombrear pasando por las partes donde se forma cada mechòn, luego sube un poco la intensidad y con un tono mas clarito añade brillo, esto dará profundidad y volumen a tus mechones. Para hacer cabellos hay varios pinceles que pueden servir. Este efecto me gusta hacerlo de esta forma, se ven bonitos. _Si tienes un método diferente me encantaría saberlo._
