LOCKDOWN

This time isn't easy.. This lockdown isn't easy..
Infact, nothing about this phase is going to be easy..
Nothing is same anymore..
Definitions of love, war, survival, existence - everything!!

But here's my request - Let compassion and empathy stay alive within yourself..
If you see any member of your family or friends experiencing mental health issues or showing signs of depression, anxiety or general feeling of being low, take charge and make efforts to be there..

This isn't our regular and usual circumstances where we can evade or shirk our responsibilities and duties towards each other..

Don't feel helpless to tackle such situations.. Instead remind yourself what the other person is going through is way worse..

Don't give up on your loved ones or abandon them.. They need you now more than ever.. Harsh times leave the deepest wounds.. Try to fill them!!
