As some of you might know I'm a huge tmnt fan 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐀
Like every kid in 1988 the Ninja Turtles was life! I was in grade 2 and loved the cartoon and playing with my action figures. I only had shredder and a foot soldier as a kid and I played with them all the time. They were the only Villans I had to fight Michaelangelo and donatello.
So my mid life crisis is collecting all the old tmnt figures that I never had haha. The original 1988 figures are super expensive, thankfully Playmates has our backs.
So I just received a package in the mail...
It is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Villans 6 pack, which is a re-release of the original 1988 figures.
I ordered this from popculture and they did an amazing job with the packaging!
These are a limited release in Australia from playmates and I pre ordered them in may and totally forgot about them until they arrived today 😊
The artwork on the box is amazing!
It features Villans including Slash, Bebop, Krang, shredder, rocksteady, footsoldier and Baxter ontop. All cruising in the transport module looking bad ass.
This notorious collection comes with 6 of the Turtles’ most destructive adversaries in their own individual packaging.
And these carded figures are exactly like the 1988 release front and back.
Including SLASH
ROCKSTEADY
BEBOP
KRANG
BAXTER
And my childhood favourite the
FOOT SOLDIER!
Each one features several points of articulation for a great range of display options as well as individual character accessories to recreate your favourite scenes from the classic cartoon.
But I will leave these in their cards Untill I get a display cabinet.
It's super cool to finally own all the Villans!
I'll do another post about the 1988 re-release tmnt figures including the 4 brothers, splinter and shredder.
