Buenas noches a todos saludos, esta tarde de cuarentena me propuse hacer una cena algo no tradicional pero muy sencilla, rápida, fácil y para los que nos gustan las morcillas pues muy sabrosa. Invente este platillo que llamé "Morcilla Guisada con Papas y aliño"; se puede comer con pan, galletas, casabe, yo tenia unas yucas y las hice fritas para acompañarlas, les diré que quedaron muy buenas y sustanciosas. ¡Espero les guste!.
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 Morcilla de cerdo, 1 pimentón, 3 ajíes dulces, 2 tomates, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 cebolla, 1 ramita de cilantro, aceite, sal al gusto.
PREPARACIÓN:
- Agregamos un chorrito de aceite en el caldero, ponemos a calentar.
- Lavamos y cortamos finamente la cebolla y los dientes de ajo agregamos y mezclamos y sofreímos.
- Cortamos el pimentón, ajíes y tomates y agregamos al sartén removiendo todo.
- Cortamos en ruedas la morcilla y añadimos al sofrito.
- Mezclamos todo muy bien, agregamos la sal al gusto.
- Picamos finamente el cilantro agregamos, mezclamos.
- Añadimos una taza de agua y tapamos por 10 minutos.
- Apagamos y ¡LISTO! ¡A comer!.
