Conquer Your Critical Self Attacks!

Critical self-attack? I guess it doesn't sound much wired but it's not a common thing to talk about for sure. We may not have a clear idea about it but we all go through this. Do you know, our critical inner voice and self-attack is one of the major reason for depression?

Let me explain a little bit more!

During your bad mood days, you will notice how your inner voice is making you feel more down. Your inner voice may continuously attack you saying all the negative things. Like you are good enough, you don't deserve much, you can't reach your goal, and so on. Now the thing is, this inner voice is something that made us believe this. And we end up attacking ourselves emotionally or physically as well.

Our critical inner voice is necessary to validate our emotions. But if it creates a self-destructive mentality that hampers our daily life, then there's no good in it. And as soon as we can identify this we should get rid of this. It's never easy to identify what causes you to feel depressed and destructive. And it's harder to deal with it. But we still can choose the better path, to conquer our self-attack mentality.

Don't isolate yourself, replace positive thoughts, be more active in daily life, think more realistically and positively, connect with people, and express yourself. It's not easy to fight with self-attack mentality and depression. But be compassionate towards ourselves and including positive activities in life can make a way to feel better.

In the beginning, you may not feel how drastic this self-attack mentality can be. But believe me, our quick response can help us better deal with it.
