Greetings to All Steemians I hope you all are fine and enjoying good health. Take healthy , stay healthy. Thank you so much @steemitfoods for giving us opportunity where we can share our favourite dish and favourite chef with all Staamians. Where I can engage myself with others through food. It's my 1st participation post in Steemit food × Steemit Engagement Week 2 . Theme is pretty exciting. Thank you @steemitfoods for giving us opportunity.

Topic is pretty exciting. When I saw , I definately thought that only My Mother should be our favourite chef. There are many females in our family . Most of the ladies have good taste to bake food. But the taste that is in the hand of my mother is my favorite. It's natural , magically my mother cook and bake food for us. When I saw the topic , only one name is poping in my mind that is my mother. Yes Steemian My Mother is my favourite Chef all over the family.

Most of the people our family like my mother taste. My mother is working lady. She run a Shop after the death of my father. I have no sister. So it difficult to food for us. But I'm the witness that every day new taste is developed by the hands of my mother. She cooks in short time but more taste is produced. We never use taste enhancer for our foods. We are Desi & mostly cook and bake desi foods.

Me and my 2 siblings like Chicken Karahai , Beef Karahi , Beef lofty , Chicken Biryani , Mutton Karahi. I have ever visited many food places in my area but all these flavours could not touch my soul as my mother. My mother has magical powers to cook. I strongly agree that my mother is my favourite Family Chef . I gonna share with you my today's recepie .

_{All these dishes are cooked by My Favourite Chef that is one and only my Mother. These are a few dishes. Most of the dishes are remaining. I will share all of you with remaining dishes when I start regular posting in SteemFoods.}

My Favorite Recipe by My Favorite Chef

Today , I'm gonna share with you Beef Karahi with all of you . Really it was yummy and delicious. We often eat this food by hands of our mother. I took refential pictures also.

Step-1

_{In 1st step we have all the ingredients to cook this yummy dish. All the ingredients are clear in the picture.}

Step-2

_{After that I put all the ingredients in a utensil with water. Put on the fire and started boiling to make it more delicious and eatable}

Step-3

_{My mother cooked it for 15 minutes then add oil. After adding oil my mother wanted to change the colour.}

Step-4

_{After Adding Red peppers , mother fried it. After 5 to 6 minutes , colour of Karahai was totally changed now it's look yummy because recepie has completed.}

Step-5

_{After Adding green peppers, it's look like more delicious and tummy. Now dish was ready. After that , I took picture of dish with my mother. Because it's rule of this contest. I fullfil all the requirements of @steemitfoods.}
