How To Prepare Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

Water leaf
Ugu leaf
Meat
Fresh pepper
Onions
Stock fish
Cray fish
Prewincle
Red oil
Dry fish
Salt
Kandah
Maggi

Preparation Stage

Step 1: I washed my meat, stock fish, kandah, dry fish and put it in a cooking pot. Added papper, Maggi, salt, onions and a little water. I placed it on fire and allowed it to steam or boil very well.

Step 2: I added my prewincle, red oil and allowed it to boil very well for the water to dry. Then I added my water leaf, allowed it to boil for sometime then added my ugu leaf. Turn it very well and cover it to boil a little like 5mins.
