Good day food lovers!
It's been a busy Monday, although I am working at home, but I still have to supervise my kids and attend my work at the same time.
After doing all my routine every morning, I cooked for our breakfast.
For our breakfast, I prepared and cooked "sunny side up eggs" and sweet and sour dried fish. My children also likes eating eggs whether fried or boiled, which is rich in protein and vitamin D for a healthy bones and muscles. I also prepared hot choco for them.
Since I am so busy today, I was not able to cook for our lunch. My children also are having their online classes, to give them a reward for doing good even studying at home, I ordered food for them which is one of their favorite fastfood here, Jollibee.
We were not able to have our morning snacks since my two children were having an online class in the whole morning. But this afternoon, I prepared "hot cake" for them which I know they like as well. With a mixture of flour, eggs, melted margarine, water and sugar, then the frying follows, we could have now have a tastier homemade snacks.
For our dinner, we have chicken soup with malungay leaves. We have plenty of malungay plant (horseradish) at home. We also use this as part of our ingredients in cooking because of its health benefits, like anti-cancer or anti - infectious, this is also good for our eye muscles.
So that's how my food sharing ended. Tha ms for dropping by.
Stay healthy and be safe food buddies!
