Hello steemians, the food diary game gets more interesting as I see different dishes and recipe for making them. In this my thirds diary entry, let me show you how I prepared breakfast(omelet and bread) and Fried Potatoes and chicken.
Breakfast
Breakfast for this morning was fried eggs and bread with a cup of cold water. I love fried eggs, and studies have also revealed the frequent intake of eggs reduces the risk of heart diseases, stroke and other diseases.
Items used:
Two (3) eggs, Chilli, Onion, Salt and vegetable oil.
Procedure:
• Crack eggs into a bowl and beat to mix
• Then add a pinch of salt
• Add the vegetables( onion and chilli).
• Add little a little vegetable oil to your pan
• Pour mixed egg and wait a little before turning upside down to allow the top cook
• Fried eggs is ready
Dinner
I prepared Fried potatoes and chicken for dinner
Items used
potatoes, vegetable oil, salt and chicken.
Procedure:
• Peel potatoes, wash and cut into desired sizes
• Steam chicken
• Add vegetable oil to pot and fry the potatoes
• Fry chicken afterwards
