Great to be here again after a long unintended break. Here's my entry for the 6th day of the Food Diary Game Season 10. I spent my day all indoor.
MORNING
In the morning, I had a light meal of boiled plantain with vegetables and fish 🐟. Vegetables are rich of vitamins and contains fibre which aids digestion and bowel movement.
EVENING
In the evening, I made whole wheat meal. This I served with vegetables and fish. It is a typical meal in Nigeria, generally termed swallow. Wheat is a good food that is high in fibre and contains essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals. It's a healthy diet for all: young and old. It reduces the risk of heart conditions.
