Hola amigos de SteemFoods mi nombre es Alejandra saludos a todos estoy contenta por hace mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, y quiero agradecer al amigo @alikoc07 por aceptarme y así ser parte de esta comunidad llena de delicias, así que hoy quiero presentarme con esta dulce receta que espero que les guste.

INGREDIENTES	CANTIDAD
Cerezas	3 Kilo
Azúcar	1 Kilo
Canela	Al gusto
Clavitos de olor	Al gusto
Agua	1 litro por kilo (Aprox)

Cherries	3 Kilo
Sugar	1 Kilo
Cinnamon	to taste
Sweet cloves	to taste
Water	1 litro per kilo (Aprox)

En una paila grande agregamos el agua, la canela y clavitos de olor y tapamos a fuego alto.

In a large pan add the water, cinnamon and cloves and cover over high heat.

Cuando este en ebullición le agregamos las cereza.

When it is boiling we add the cherries.

Seguidamente la azúcar, tapamos hasta que la cereza absorba el azúcar y quede con una consistencia espesa, pero no tan seca.

Then the sugar, cover until the cherry absorbs the sugar and is thick, but not so dry.

Que seria así el Resultado, bajar y dejar enfriar.

What would the result be like, lower and cool.
