Today is the 20th day of Ramadan and at the end of the next 10 days, fasting will end and the 4-day Feast of Ramadan will begin.
I prepared my first meal of the day between 03:30 and 04:00 in the morning today. In my The Food Diary Game posts I shared except yesterday (this week), I was preparing different kinds of soup for the first meal of the day. Today I went back to this habit and prepared myself a hot soup. I added some cayenne pepper to my soup and I preferred to complete this meal with two slices of sesame pita. Since I prepare and eat my first meal in the morning, I avoid high-calorie, stomach-tiring meals. That's why soup is ideal for me, of course, since I haven't eaten anything in about 15 hours and my last meal is soup, I get hungry during the day, but 20 days have passed and my body got used to this situation. 🙂
I prepare all of the second and subsequent meals of the day for iftar (the meal at which the fast ends). I haven't been making spaghetti at home for a very long time. Spaghetti and penne are my favorite types of pasta. Pasta is one of my favorite dishes because it is both practical and easy to prepare. Although some people prefer to boil spaghetti in long sizes, I prefer to boil the spaghetti in smaller sizes. I finished my meal after I boiled my pasta and made a little sauce with tomato paste in a different pot.
The third meal of my day is mini spinach roll pie, one of the meals I haven't prepared at home for a long time is spinach pie. I like two types of pastry more than the others. You will see that most of the meals I prepared today are very practical and frozen / ready-made products because today I was both hungry and not on the move much. I fried the spinach pastries, which I bought in the form of mini rolls from the supermarket before, in a pan with a little oil. Since I can't eat much during the day, I cook the meals I prepare less. 🙂
I didn't prepare anything extra for me today, as spaghetti, mini-roll spinach pie and the soup I prepared before morning would be enough as a meal. I love raspberry cookies. Normally, I used to consume a lot of tea and coffee during the day, but for about 20 days, I reduced it very much. I had two cups of hot tea with her raspberry cookies. Of course, after completing my iftar, I ate a mini chocolate pudding as the blood glucose level dropped during the day as an extra. Everything I prepared today, except spaghetti, was ready-made or frozen products. That's why today's menu was very easy for me…

You eat soup at Sahur, that's the right menu according to expert doctors. Eating a bowl of vegetable soup at suhoor is believed to be effective in suppressing appetite and providing a feeling of fullness for longer. By the way, how long do you fast in your country? We fast here about 12 hours (Indonesia)

Hi, I imagine to endure so as not to fall into the temptation of meals, I have been on many fasting, and preparing soup is an excellent dish so as not to carry the stomach.
And we agree with the pasta I also like to split it to cook it your plate looks very good.
The spinach cake I like more baked, someday I would like to prepare it in the pan with a little oil.
And the raspberry cookies with tea close the day they look super appetizing.

You got yourself happy meals today: a lot of flavor with little work. I particularly liked the raspberry pastries, which look like mini pies.
