Today, I will share my Food and Cooking activity in detail on The Food Diary Game on 09-05-2022.

Today on the SteemFoods Community, I shared with you a delicious recipe that you have never tried at home, with green zucchini, yoghurt and spice sauce. I definitely recommend you to try this recipe, which is very practical to prepare and will help speed up your metabolism + protect your intestinal health.

Morning:

I woke up at 10:30 this morning, routinely washed my hands and face, and then brushed my teeth. Then I started to prepare my breakfast in the morning, I added a few slices of my homemade bread that I prepared at home before, to my plate for breakfast, I finished my breakfast with homemade cherry jam (my mother sent me a jar), and chocolate cream. Lunch Time:

For my lunch, I fried the frozen "Doner" prepared with veal, which I bought from the supermarket, in a pan with little oil. I have pan-fried the frozen version of this product prepared with chicken meat before and I wanted to try the beef version, but I can't say that I liked it too much. I bought this product, which is sold in 250 grams package, from the supermarket for about 8 STEEM, but when it was cooked in the pan, it dispersed too much and became impossible to hold with a fork. The beef chunks were supposed to be thicker, so I won't be using this product again. You can see the image before cooking and the image after cooking the product below. The taste was delicious but not of good quality.

Towards Evening :

I haven't prepared a meal with purslane for a long time. Purslane has benefits for weight loss and acceleration of our digestive system, so I wanted to prepare a delicious meal using purslane, bulghur, onion, tomato paste and vegetable oil. You may have used purslane in your salads before, but I think that many of our users do not prepare meals with purslane. Purslane because it is often used in different salad varieties. When you combine the above-mentioned materials, you get an image like the one below, it went great with a tablespoon of yogurt on it.

Evening :

This afternoon, I prepared a delicious recipe using green zucchini, onion, yogurt, garlic, spices and shared it with you in detail on the SteemFoods Community. I cut 2 green zucchini in medium-thick rounds, then mixed them with olive oil + spices and a sauce and cooked them in the oven at 220 degrees. Hello dear friend, it is good to see your day with delicious foods throughout the day, that means that you are doing very well in your diet, starting the day with fresh food that your mother sent is a blessing, I love it when the days start with sweet foods, Cherry jam with chocolate cream is a good combination.

What a pity that the frozen veal was not of good quality, at least it had good flavor, surely it would have been a great option for another opportunity.

Consuming purslane is very healthy and facilitates digestion which, as you say, can help you lose weight, and you are right, your dish looks great, combining all the ingredients.

The baked zucchini recipe with yoghurt is very good and then to see how your dish looks I'm sure I'll try to prepare it when I can, because here in my country yoghurt is a bit expensive, but do you think that it can be substituted with cream, it would be a true option.

Never heard of purslane before. As soon as I read your lines about it, I googled it; they say even its flowers are edible. Nice! We don't have that here in Venezuela.
