I bought a new porcelain spice set for my kitchen on 28-02-2022, so I prepared a cover photo with my photos suitable for my post title. I hope you like my food and cooking activities today...

Morning :

I woke up at 09:45 this morning. For breakfast, I prepared a delicious omelet for myself using eggs, tomatoes, green peppers and spices. We can name this dish locally as "Menemen". Many people where I live can easily prepare it for breakfast, it is easy to prepare and one of the most preferred recipes for breakfast. It is great in harmony with toasted bread, hot tea and other breakfast products.

Afternoon:

After I finished my breakfast and completed the operations on the computer, I went to the store to buy a new porcelain spice set for my kitchen. My favorite spice set in the store was the pink set. I decided to prefer this as it will be a spice that my mother, who will visit my house from time to time, will like. The spice set consists of 7 different spices, 3 of which are large and 4 of which are small. Before I show you the spice set, I want to show you the interior design of the store.

The image of the spice set I'm going to buy on the shelf in the store… I paid about 50 STEEM for this spice set.

After the purchase, I came home and started placing my spices in this newly purchased spice rack set. First, I put my chili peppers in the spice rack that says ''Chili Pepper" in the set, and then I put my other spices according to the names written.

Towards Evening :

Towards evening I started to feel hungry and I tried to cook frozen chicken fillets in the toaster, which I had bought from the supermarket. Since it is a frozen product, these fillets become cooked when we heat them in the grill part of the toaster for about 5 minutes. I added ranch sauce and garlic hot sauce on it. I finished my meal with a few slices of bread and unsweetened coke.

Evening :

For dinner, I first prepared a stuffing with rice, spices, onion, tomato paste."We can call it the "Stuffing recipe prepared with Green Leaf". I can say that this is its version prepared with green leaves, just as we prepare stuffed peppers with green peppers. Only the green leaves need to be in brine. Then we add our stuffing on the green leaves and then we give a shape like the one in the photo below with our hands. We should add a few slices of lemon and olive oil on the leaves that we have wrapped and added the stuffing. Finally, we add a round plate and wait for it to cook. I will share this recipe with you step by step when I am available in detail… 🙂
