Again I came to you to share my next food diary game post with you. So I'm going to show you my next food diary game, the food diary game on December 13th. Let’s now go over what foods I added.
Breakfast
For breakfast that day I put the roasted sambal on top of the roast pan and coconut sambal. It is a mixture I obtained from it before I prepared the coconut sambal. I cut the roast pan here into a square shape. That's why roast pan is like this. I usually have a ginger tea after a spicy meal. But that day I got a cup of sugar-free tea with a piece of jaggery.
Lunch
That day I was ready to prepare lunch from local food. Among them were dhal, coconut sambal, Maldive fish sambal and eggs with rice.
Ingredients required
🔹 Rice
🔹 Dhal
🔹 Coconut milk
🔹 Maldive fish
🔹 An egg
🔹 Red onion
🔹 Green chillies
🔹 Curry leaves
🔹 Turmeric powder
🔹 Salt powder
🔹 Chilli spices
🔹 Pepper powder
Add coconut sambal or mackerel sambal with eggs and enjoy the taste too. Those food mixes are so delicious.
After lunch that day, I prepared a fruit salad. It contains fruits such as papaya, banana, mango and pineapple. I added 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour and mixed.
Dinner
I picked peas for dinner that day.
Ingredients required
🔹 Peas
🔹 Chili pods
🔹 Curry leaves
🔹 Chili spices
🔹 Salt powder
🔹 Coconut oil
First, the peas were soaked in water for several hours, then drained and boiled in fresh water. After it was well boiled, I chopped the chillies and curry leaves and put them in oil to cool. Then add the boiled peas, chilli spices and salt and mix well.
