I am back to share another food diary game with you all.
Morning
I wake up before suhoor (pre dawn meal) time and prepare sehri for my family. People eat different foods in morning but we consider there is nothing give you more strength than wheat flour paratha or chapati.
So, we all loved to eat paratha in sehri with sweet buttermilk which will be beneficial for whole day as it prevent you from feeling much thirsty. I eat paratha with chicken gravy, a small quantity of rice and sweet butter milk.
Evening
In evening, for iftar I make so many dishes. We eat only small small quantity of all these but drink water in huge quantity. I make Dahi bhalla, fritters, peas and potatoes rice, chicken gravy and Nestle fruits vitals mango juice.
Without eating dates you can't open your fast and if you are not able to buy dates then you can open your fast by drinking simple water. This Ramadan share happiness with others and do good deeds that God bless you what you want in return of your goodness.
