What I will be sharing now is my favorites dish, Omelet. This is the most easiest and quickest food to serve when you're in hurry or you're really hungry. Cheap recipe but healthy. Amidst the pandemic, we need nutrients that can boost our immune system. The main ingredients of this recipe are eggs, carrots and potato.
Carrots are a particularly good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. While potato and their nutrients to a variety of impressive health benefits, including improved blood sugar control, reduced heart disease risk and higher immunity.
Lets get started with the procedure. ^______^
Wash and peel the vegetables needed and ready it together with the eggs.
Cut the two into tiny cubes.
Set aside.
I forgot to list the white onion. We need this ingredient for extra flavor so don't forget it. Cut this also into tiny pieces then start with it.
Sauté onion, carrots and potatoes in a low heat pan.
Mix it with salt and pepper to taste and wait until its good. Note, Do not overcook it.
When its done, set the vegetables aside then start with the egg.
Beat the eggs and start pouring it in the pan then put some vegetables.
Mix it until all the are cooked then serve it with rice.
