Let's cook and eat delicious today. The recipe I am going to share to you is a personal favorite of mine. Whenever I get the chance to find this shell I try to cook it at home.
Since I found this shell I will serve it for lunch with my mom. My mom seldom visits me home since it's a bit far. So I will grab this opportunity to cook for her.
Ingredients
1 kilo tambayang shell
Sliced ginger
1 sliced onion
4 cloves of garlic
Procedure
For this recipe I will not use water for the soup, using the shell's juice as it cooks this will serve as its soup.
- Start by cleaning ang washing the shells, put it in a pot and together with it is your ginger, onion and garlic. Cover it and let it steam till all the juice from the shell comes out and its aroma will come out naturally.
This recipe is very easy to prepare. Once the ingredients start to be absorbed from steaming it's ready to serve.
