First thing that comes in my mind when talking about crabs,it should be spicy.
Allow me to share the procedure and ingredients on cooking chilli crabs in my own version.
This version is easy you just need a...
Ginger
Onion
Chilli
Spring onion
This part will show you the procedure of cooking.
The first step is put oil wait until its hot and put the ginger to it
After that put the onion and chilli into it
Stear it until its smells good then put the crab into it like this
And add 1 glass of water so that the flavour of it will mix well
Just wait until the crabs are turn into brown and after of not so long of waiting time add yoi best seasoning, i use magic sarap since i started cooking so yeah i use magic sarap to it
And wait for almost five minutes and tadaaaa the crab is well cooked and full of flavour
