Healthy Breakfast
This is my favorite breakfast, very easy to make and also super healthy.
I used :
- yogurt
- whole grains
- banana
- blueberry
- cinnamon.
Yogurt contains probiotics that are effective in regulating the digestive system.
Whole grains provide the nutrients and fiber needed for starting the day.
Bananas have a high potassium which is good for the health of the heart.
Blueberries are a good source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Cinnamon is loaded with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties.
