I'm sharing with you how my meal went today in the diary game
BREAKFAST
I woke up this morning having lots of riped plantain in my kitchen. They were so ripe that I didn't want it to get spoilt. I thought of what to prepare with it and then I decided to prepare fried plantain with egg sauce. The egg sauce has these ingredients
- Egg
- Tomatoes
- Pepper
- Onion
- Groundnut oil
LUNCH
For my lunch I didn't want to eat much food, I needed a meal that is light and I won't eat much of it. Then I went for noodles.
I prepared noodles for my lunch, I had some remnants of the egg sauce which I added together with noodles for lunch
DINNER
My husband had seen the ripe plantain in the kitchen and requested I prepare beans and plantain porridge for him, for dinner.
I decided to cook it for the whole family. So for dinner, I had vegetable beans and plantain porridge.
I boiled the beans and waited for it to get soft.
After it got soft, I added the peeled plantain to it together with the ingredients.
The ingredients I used were: palm oil, onion, pepper, seasoning cubes and salt.
When the food was done, I added the sliced vegetable, stired it and covered the pot. I cooked it for 30 seconds and then brought down my pot of food.
This is all I have for the food diary game of today.
