STEEMFOODS: MY OWN VERSION OF SQUID ADOBO (4-16-2020)

This afternoon I would like to share with you my own version of how to cook "SQUID ADOBO". Squid is one of delicious seafood that you can cook in many ways, so today I will cook Squid Adobo.
Squid Adobo a.k.a Adobong Pusit is one popular seafood dish in our town. It is just a simple dish but you will taste breath-taking yummy Filipino food.

So to start.

THE INGREDIENTS:

  • SQUID
  • ONIONS
  • GARLIC
  • LONG CHILI
  • COOKING OIL
  • SEASONING

THE PROCEDURES

First thing to do is to heat the cooking pan and put cooking oil when the pan already heat.
Then saute the garlic and the onions.

Next you put the main course the SQUID and mix.

After mixing add the long chilli and mix again.

Add 1 cup of water and steam for 3-5 mins. to flavorized the squid. Also add the seasoning.

Then serve.

That would be all. Hopefully you like my simple version of squid adobo.
