Hello great steemian, l delighted to share my food Dairy game with you, food is any edible substance that when eaten it nourishesd the body. Here in Uyo, Akwa lbom state, Nigeria,we have so many delicacy and l am ready to share 3 with you.please don't be discouraged continue reading and follow through.

MORNING WITH PUMPKIN RICE

I woke today by 5:25am, we conducted our morning text and communicate smoothly with our heavenly father, after that l decided to carry out my house chores and prepare my breakfast.
I decided to prepare Rice in the morning,lt was just rice, pumpkin leaf, Red oil and other condiments.

It was delicious to have this in the morning.

MY LUNCH WAS WITH PORRIDGE YAM AND PLANTAINS

In the afternoon, l return from farm and l decided to prepare porridge yam and plantain
It is one the favorite delegacy because of the nutritional contest of this food
Here are the five step l Carry out to prepare this food.

Step one , l decided to prepare all my ingredients and and keep in one place, lf you check properly, you will see the following:

Prepared plantain	prepared yam
Salt.	seasioning cubes
Fish	sense leaf
Onion	grinded crayfish
Pepper	Red oil

PREPARATION TIP

It was so simple to carry it out, second step is for you to boil the yam and plantain for 5 minute, Thridly,then you had all your condiments and and lastly add your scents leaf and your food is ready.

EVENING WITH TRADITIONAL DISH :EKPAN NKUKWO

I sleep well after cooking my lunch meal, l woke up,l write one post in steemit ,my husband ask us to prepare out traditional dish for our dinner, it is one of the best food in our my localiy, it called EKPAN NKUKWO, it is had high nutritional content for everyone.

My food is ready .

I really enjoyed today because l decided to sit at home prepared different 3 Delicious meal for my family for them to enjoy.

This is all l have a shared with you concerning today's dairy. My special thanks goes the maker of universe for giving us 3 square meal . He has blessed us with three meals everyday.
