I had a great day at school today day. I had lots of interesting subjects and practicals today like Data processing, biology and chemistry. I ate my lunch which was peppersoup rice with goat meat.
I attended my lessons and joined the school bus which brought me back home.
After I rested for a while, I made my way to the kitchen to prepare dinner. Editan soup is what we were going to eat for dinner.
#Ingredients:
Editan leaf
Pomo(hides and skin)
Crayfish
Water leaf
Stock fish
Bonga fish
Pepper
Goat meat
Maggi
Salt
Periwinkle
Oil

How to prepare the dish
- Wash the Editan leaf with hot water and cover it for a few minutes.
- Wash the water leaf and cut it .
- Wash the fish,meat and Pomo and steam it for 30seconds.
- Grind your crayfish and pepper.
- Steam your stock fish in the cooking pot and add the other fish,meat etc.
- Add your crayfish, periwinkle, Maggi,salt and pepper into the pot and mix it well
- After some time, add your oil as desired. Then, add the water leaf and cover it for some time.
- When the water leaf is covered,it is compressed down the pot.
- Lastly,add your Editan and mix well then put off the gas or fire.
- Eat with fufu or garri with smoothy.
