Hi steemian friends and family!!!!!
Hope everyone is happy and enjoying in their lives, food is perhaps one of the most important part of life, i love to cook delicious food, and enjoy all the seasonal food and vegetables with different changing, produce to simething new and more tasteful. Lets start my food diary game.
Morning
I started my day with an apple as it kerps body and heart health good. We should try to take an apple day, really it helps healthy and fresh an also we never feel lathargic.
Then i cooked paratha with fried egg and cup of tea, my husband love to take fresh milk cream with paratha. I served him breakfast.
Afternoon
In lunch i cooked cauliflower with peas, potatoes and bell pepper. It turned just so tasty, mixture of different vegetables enhanced the taste of food. I sprinkled fenugreek in the last just to made it more tasty.
I made cucumber with youghrt.it was so tasty.
After lunch i ate oranges and guava as its good for immunity and also for boost digestion too. The oranges and guava were so juicy. I enjoyed it.
Evening
In evening i cooked mince with pease and potatoes. I love to eat seasonal peas with different combinations. It gave good taste and also rich source of vitamins. I made chutney with tomato, onion, vinegar and green chiilies. It was sooper tasty.
