Hope everyone is with good health!!!!!!
Today i am sharing my healthy food diary game with my steemian family. As sometimes i became health concious and wanted to eat full of healthy meal with high proportion of essential vitamins.
Morning
Today i take cup of tea with some biscuits walnuts and almond, few pieces of lays. In sunshine this meal gave me energy and also refersh me.
Afternoon
In afternoon, i cooked mutton mince with zucchini and peas , honestly it was lil different combination and was so yummy. My husband liked it very much as it was in different combination. We enjoyed it with nan.
Evening
As i skipped tea in evening and cut some healthy salad, i cut two mefium size apple, a cucumber, one onion sprinkle salt and vinegar, it was so tasty and looking so healthful.
In dinner i cooked punjabi khachdi rice by adding peas and potatoes with spring onion, black chiilies enhanced its taste more. I cooked it in pressure cooker.
