The Food Diary Game Season :1 - 06-09-2021- #sfcharity50pc - Monday Food Routine

Hope everyone is doing well and with good health.

Morning

I started my day with the sound of alarm at 5a.m. offered my fajar prayer, did recitation of Sura yasin. I went to take shower and said my sister to please made breakfast for me, I said today just fried egg with paratha and cup of tea.
I did my breakfast, got ready for my work. Today i have to attend polio training. All staff was there, we started our training.

After finishing my work i go to bus stand and came back to my city. I have to buy some grocery, i went to shop buy the items i needed. Weather was getting warmer. Came back to home asked my sister to make butter milk with ice as i was feeling warm. I enjoyed buttermilk it was tasty.

Noon

In lunch my sister cooked meat curry with nan and butter. She asked me to take shower, lunch is ready. I came back did my lunch, it was so tasty and butter with nan enhanced its taste more. Afterthat, I went to kitchen clean the dishes and my husband said to cook chickpeas pulao in evening. I take chickpeas soaked them in the water and decided to take some rest as i was feeling tired. Request my sister to arranged all the grocery items.

Afternoon

I wakeup and offered my Asar prayer, my husband loved to drink tea with some snacks. But my mood was little changed. I served tea to him. I prefered to eat one apple as in morning i forget to take, my heamoglobin was getting low so doctor advised me to eat an apple daily along with iron supplements. I enjoyed my apple.

Evening

Its time for Magrab prayer, I offered my prayer, and decided to check notification and comments in steemit. I login my account, checked notification, commented on posts. After this, i watched one play on youtube, and news also.

Night

Meanwhile I remembered to boil chickpeas. I put the chickpeas in pressure cooker for boiling and soaked the rice too. Chickpeas rice are healthy to eat as it contains different proteins and vitamins. I started cooking rice.
Put the oil in pan and added chopped onion in it, waited till golden color appeared, and then added spices and boiled chickpeas, cooked for two minutes and added water according to rice.

As water boiled added rice, lower the flame on reducing water. After 15 minutes i checked it was done. I served it with raita that is yougrt in which i put corinader and mint crushed leaves.
We enjoyed our dinner with mint raita and rice. It was very tasty. My sister cleaned the dishes. Now, again its time for steemit, i have to write my food diary post, hope you will like it.
