Hello great chefs, it's pleases me to bring to you my food dairy game for 12/11/2021. It was a very busy day with lots of fun, thank you @steemfoods for bringing this contest it's helps makes the community active

MORNING

First, I prepared breakfast for the family and it was noodles with fried eggs, after taking care of house chores, I entered the kitchen and prepare noodles and egg for breakfast.

• Noodles
• Egg
• Onion
• Fresh pepper
• Vegetable oil
• Vegetables

AFTERNOON MEAL

I decided to prepare our African (Ibibio & Efik tribe)meal today called EKPANG NKWUKWO it is a meal that is prepared in almost every home in my place. It is a very delicious meal that's you can even give it a try, it prepared using cocoyam as the main ingredient and a little wateryam added to it.

• Cocoyam
• Vegetable leaf
• Wateryam
• Crayfish
• Palm oil
• Periwinkle
• Dry fish
• Cow skin
• Seasoning cubes
• Salt to taste
