Hello dear #SteemFoods community today I want to show you a recipe for lentils made by me, these are rich in fibers, which helps regulate intestinal transit and combat constipation, it is a necessary source of iron that prevents the appearance of anemia, I prepare them mainly for my grandson who has hemoglobin problems and the doctor ordered him to consume this type of legume, and he eats them twice a day.

It is a very exquisite dish, I prepare it with a chicken stew, it is shredded, it can also be meat, it depends on the taste of others, to give it a good flavor, add onion, coriander, paprika, round onion, spinach, garlic and seasoning such as pepper, turmeric (which comes from ginger) and salt.
