INTRODUCTION OF MY DELICACY (Rice and Egg Sauce)
We all normally love rice and stew, but for me,I think preparing a stew will require alot more Ingredients than the egg sauce, so if you want to eat rice and you are not having stew, you can simply just do this egg sauce that I am about to show you.
Most students in my country (#Nigeria) loves preparing egg sauce for their rice, because it's alot more easier and fast than the normal stew and rice.
Am new in this community, and this is my first post here, hope you enjoy the view.
Here is a list of my ingredients:
- Gino Sachet Tomato
- Raw Egg
- Palm Oil
- salt
- grinded pepper
- Maggi
- Water
See How the Preparations Started:
- The first step here is that I opened the sachet tomato into a plate, after that I added a little water and then I stirred it well, so that it can mix properly with the little water.
- After mixing the tomato, I broke the eggs into a plate and equally stirred it for some time until it is mixed properly. As you can see in the pictures below.
- Now I am ready for the main cooking. I put my pot on the fire, and I put a little Palm Oil on the pot.
- After putting the oil, I added my ingredients which includes Pepper, Salt, and Maggi.
- I now put the mixed sachet tomato in the frying oil, and leave it to boil for about 5 minutes.
- To make make my egg sauce more spicy, I add more pepper to the egg I mixed. And then stir it for some time.
- I then mixed the egg with the boiling tomato inside the pot, after which I mixed it and then leave it boil together.
- Finally Our delicious egg sauce is almost ready to be served, as I bring it down from the fire🔥, and invite neighbors and fellow students to join me in eating it with the already prepared rice.
